Bug - Not A Bug evil eye is not multi-usable (error message from using chat command)

Tried typing this into chat:

/use 5 evil eye

Got a response from the game indicating that the item cannot be used in quantity.

Also saw this in my gCLI:
Internal data error: item incorrectly flagged as multi-usable.

Evil eyes are correctly marked as non-multi-usable. I think that message only showed up because of the chat response; maybe mafia shouldn't parse that response to check if it's correctly flagged?

Yes, I agree... that looks like what's causing the problem here. FYI, I chat in the relay browser.
