Feature - Implemented dophin tracker

Would it be possible to add some kind of CLI command that would display the last item that a dolphin stole and hasn't been claimed with a dophin whistle?
Probably having some kind of ash equivalent would be good too.

Here's part of the problem: no documentation. On the ASH Wiki page KoLmafia Properties, a search for "dolphin" turns up nothing.

Anyone can open up defaults.txt and add documentation for entries in that file.

Or just open <name>_prefs and search for dolphin. Which is what I did.

Why do that when prefref exists?

Because prefref is a user-created alias and, if the user can't be bothered to check their own files, they probably can't be bothered to use aliases to check things. Also, people use different aliases.

But as to why I checked that way? Because mafia was already closed and it was WAY easier to just check the file rather than open mafia and then check my alias.
