The Smile of Mr. A cannot be permed... so don't list it in the list of skills you haven't made permanent on ascension. Same goes for the steel organ skills (Liver of Steel, Stomach of Steel, Spleen of Steel).
 
Not having a Golden Mr. Accessory, I've never seen the Smile of Mr. A offered on the list of skills you haven't permed at the gash - but the other ones you mention are already filtered out.
