New Content Does mafia consider flagellate flagon consumed on use?

Ive noticed that profit tracking scripts/functions report a big loss from using my flagellate flagon, despite the fact it is not consumed on use.
Does mafia think that it is consumed, or this confusion on the part of the script(s)?
