Do we need Leaflet (without stats)?

I remember when I first implemented this. Back then, lost told me that hardcore head-to-the-grindstone ascenders did not want to go all the way through the leaflet and gain stats unless the moon phase was right to give them +25% for their mainstat. Therefore, the “without stats” version was provided which would bail early.

Moon phases have not affected Hardcore or Ronin players for many years now. Seems to me, it’s impossible to believe anyone would still worry about deferring the leaflet.

Is it time to retire the “without stats” option?

I've honestly not heard anyone mention the Leaflet lately, unless we're talking about housing, familiars, or food.

This current challenge path does not use substats, so people will want to hold off on claiming those stats until they are in aftercore.
