Feature - Implemented +Crit in modifier maximizer

With the recent changes to how critical hits work in kol, i think it would be useful to have +Critical modifiers as an option in the Modifier Maximizer dropdown.

You can currently use "critical hit percent" to find things. There should probably be a simpler string for that, and maybe it should be in the dropdown.

r11810 makes "crit" and other things that start with crit as a keyword for Critical Hit Percent.

For symmetry we could do "spell crit" or whatever for spell critical percent, but I didn't do that.
