Bug - Fixed Creating Staff of the Cream of the Cream uses star charts?

I created the staff using the relay browser after casting it. This is on r12057. The recipe check returns:

Heh. Thanks. I wasn't actually thinking about or reporting the recipe issue on purpose, it was just to show that it was still officially using the 'normal' ingredient set without star charts being involved. Suppose I should have made the mental connection back on consumables that it probably needed to be reported as well. *coughs* Anyways, thanks for both fixes!
