Bug - Fixed console command 'mcd' does not seem to work with detuned radio in r11371

I just updated, mcd does not seem to do anything for a degrassi knoll sign.

Could you grab a debug log?

Help -> Start Debug Log
type "mcd 10" in the gCLI (or any other number if your radio is already set to 10)
Help -> Stop Debug Log

Attach the debug file in your Mafia folder to a post.

Hmm I ascended into a knoll sign to test this. I'm using r11371 and it appears to be working just fine.

A debug log would not have been helpful, I think. If you were a moxie moon sign (one that gives bonus stat gains to moxie), mafia thought you needed beach access, rather than checking if you are a gnome moon sign. Fixed in 11372.
