The built in daily deed "Cheteau Desk" is not running each day.

It is intentionally not part or breakfast. Given that, when do you expect it to run?

They run when you click on them. You can't get meat and potions in the same day, and having it as part of breakfast could take away that choice from people. You can set up a login script to handle it if you want.
