Bug - Not A Bug Bad Familiar data upgrading to r14575

I upgraded to r14575 just now and a few of the internal data files were wiped, leading to some interesting results. CLI:

The rest of the CLI is nothing important, but I did get a big debug file:

This lead to CHIT and Guide throwing bad familiar data errors

Bad familiar value: "Baby Bugged Bugbear" (charpane.ash, line 1733)
Bad familiar value: "obtuse angel" (relay_guide.ash, line 5931)

Restarted mafia and got the same error.

For some reason the data files couldn't be read on your system. It isn't surprising that everything else had problems after that. I just grabbed 14575 from the Daily Builds page here (to make sure that my self-compiled version wouldn't do something different) and it ran just fine, starting with the message about clearing data overrides.

Redownloading fixed the issue. Don't know what was up with that.

(On a totally unrelated note, why did we switch back to the IP? I thought localhost was better now?)

People using GreaseMonkey but without the skills to edit their files manually were getting confused. So we're back on IP for now. We may end up back on name if some actual reason for it comes back.
