I am using v27969 and playing an AoJ run, and in AoJ, you keep getting skill points after Level 15. The direct links in the level up line do not account for this.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Ascend avatar of Jarlsberg.
2. Get to Level 15. Observe how there is a direct link to the Jarlsberg skill page in the line that tells you you have gone up a level.
3. Level up again, and notice the absence of such a link.
