I have found that if you have a VIP key but are in a clan without most VIP items, and try to use one of the mafia native functions to use the various VIP facilities the clan does not own, it will provide a "there is no [X] in this clan" and conclude the interaction there. However, if you try the "swim item" command, it will provide the same message, but then follow through attempting to dive to the bottom of the pool to get the item, which throws multiple "not in a choice adventure" errors.
