Depends on if it's aware of DST or not. But yeah, if it does include timezone, that takes care of everything but what TG means.

Time Group - truncated form of Date Time Group. I guess no one else codes for the U.S. Department of Defense or the Intelligence Community. See SVN thread where I offer to change it to the name of your choice. The zone was EST which is my local time zone during testing. I presume the Java code is aware of DST but quite frankly your operating system and Java install are what determines whether DST is accounted for, or not. I tried several things to get Java to convert to Arizona's time zone but none of them worked for me. I'm pretty sure the conversion is already being done somewhere in mafia but I went for "good enough" to get this off of my plate.
