Feature - Rejected Adding GCLI command to view tracked karma

I was just thinking it'd be great to be able to look at my tracked karma in some way other
than looking at the preferences file.

Afraid we can't have an accessor function for every user preference; there are slightly over a thousand now and more being added regularly. Marking rejected.
