I have no plans to do this.
If you are uninterested in your semirare begin counter, type "counters clear" and get rid of all your counters. Put that into your betweenBattleScript and you will be blissfully unaware that there is such a thing as a semirare counter, even if you happen to stumble upon a semirare and we set them for you.
Of course, that will also clear your fortune cookie counters, but, if you are uninterested in your semirare begin counter, you have no reason to eat fortune cookies, since you are not interested in semirares.
I would be more amenable to having a setting which simply disabled semirare begin/end counters for people who want to ignore semirares, than providing a way for making the begin counter less useful for people who are not interested in semirares.
