Bug - Fixed Semirare in Red Zeppelin is not recognized

Got in a fight with Red Fox but semirare tracking counters were not automatically set. I noticed this on 5/23 but was running a script to adventure and didn't get around to double checking until today. Adventuring manually had the same issue. It may have something to do with the mismatch between the encounter name "The Red Fox" and the monster name "Red Fox" or I could be way off idk. Running r20133

You are corre ct. The name of the monster really is Red Fox, but we were testing for The Red Fox.
Revision 20134. Tested by forcing a semirare with my pillkeeper. :)
