Bug - Won't Fix Check for Spaghettihose shouldn't check after getting trophy

Summary: Currently there appears to be a check when eating pasta dishes that if you have cast between 1 and 9 casts of Canticle of Carboloading that a warning message pops up and asks if you are sure you wish to eat a pasta dish even though it will ruin your chances for getting the Spaghettihose trophy. This check makes sense before you get the trophy, but after you get the trophy it shouldn't be checking this.

If mafia doesn't track, then its not worth doing anything for this since its a pretty minor issue.
