Bug - Cannot Reproduce Item Manager showing items i don't have ingredients for

in past versions when I went into item manager and selected by full it would show me what was the best by full at the top if i had the ingredients or can buy the ingredients. Now it shows me stuff I cannot drink or eat and when I make something it still shows it but with 0 available. I have tried refresh but it doesn't correct it.

Could we have an actual example of something it shows and your explanation of why you cannot eat or drink it.

When you say "Item Manager" do you mean the "Food" and "Booze" section or are you referring to a different section of the Item Manger. There are a lot of sections...
