Bug - Not A Bug skip pickpocketing when no useful results or too dangerous

So I was level 45 in the haunted library, and in my ccs script I had steal from bookbats which wasn't happening.

When I turned off this option, suddenly I was pickpocking and sometimes getting some tattered scraps.
I don't know if this is a leftover from the Spookyraven revamp, but I think this should be fixed.

How much +item were you running? That setting makes mafia skip pickpocketing if you have enough +item to guarantee the drop.

ah, very good question. Probably around 300% or so, maybe a bit more.
