Feature - Implemented Add Correspondence to "Common Stuff You Didn't Do" list

As the title states, to add something like:

Correspondence: change to Pen Pal (currently Game Magazine)

to the list of stuff that pops up when you go to the Gash.

Is this something that we'd always want to give as an option? Does it offer all the other gardens when you're at the gash as well, since that's the same level of change/FReq?

My first thought was that there is no way to be 100% sure of exactly which Correspondence(s) a person might have. Then I realized that this only needs to show if you have more than one, and in that case everything can be determined for sure.

All gardens are already shown.

An extra server hit is needed to determine what you have. I think it would be fine to check that page when you load the reminder screen (rather than at login).
