Is there a workaround for this? I'm having the same issue and would really love to use kolmafia.
EDIT: Never mind, I've got a fix for Sierra.
Open Terminal and type in:
sudo spctl --master-disable
then press enter.
Stick in your password and press enter again.
Open up your system...
