I had the same problem and then went back to previous versions that had chat working fine and am still having issues. Errors in chat through the relay getting errors related to invalid password hash and "Invalid password submitted." Perhaps a change to the game itself? Errors in 10015, 10016...

This might be an issue with goals in general. I have had two occasions in the last few days not properly showing as completed though all the items dropped. I just did one on r9145 where it used all my adventures, all the items had dropped for the Frat Outfit (my goal) at the Orcish Frat House...
