Bug Prismatic Beret Modifiers not recognised by Mafia

I'm current in a Hat Trick run. My Prismatic Beret is quite highly boosted:


However, these bonuses do not show up as Mafia modifiers:


This leads autoscend to make some suboptimal choices when it comes to stuff that these bonuses help with (tavern basement, zeppelin protestors, tower tests)

Tested using r28571.
