Is there a way to get it to hilight the line containing the serach term? Also, is there a way to set the highlight color? High light back ground color?

There's no way to highlight the line containing the search term. However, the line should appear in the [highs] window/tab that pops up, which achieves something similar? If it's a tab, it will also flash orange to let you know that something matching your highlight term has been seen.

The highlight color is randomly chosen, but it's stored to your preferences so you could manually edit that text file while KoLmafia is not running to change the highlight color to what you want.

There is no way to highlight background color.
