Bug - Fixed PM 3rd Nem Door does not autoselect

Looking at NemesisManager.java, S, DB, and AT are also missing their third door thingies.

S - tomato juice of powerful power
DB - any cocktailcrafting drink
AT - polka of plenty (effect duration > 0)

I'll add boring spaghetti and tomato juice of powerful power.
I do not want to autoselect a random - or even your first - db drink; you should choose which one you want to get rid of.
And there is nothing to autoselect for the Polka of Plenty.

Edit: and given that, Revision 8414 adds the two items I mentioned...
