Also, tried that in conjunction with consult, didn't go. Sad. Also, can't use "pickpocket" with consult... at least, it did nothing. So my new Crimboku combat (since WHAM refuses to steal despite having electric things as my goal) is:
try to steal an item
combo Rave Steal
consult WHAM.ash

Yeah that was a typo. You can still do the if check with 'try to steal an item', you're pretty much just wasting rounds and mp if the pickpocket succeeds. I've also never had any problem with putting something in quotes then consulting a script so idk.

Went with a cast because it like.. protects you? From damage? I dunno. Can change it if there's something better in the game's lexicon of images.

You will actually get fewer drops if you use normal pickpocket before rave steal, since pickpocket is biased toward the higher droprate drop and rave steal has an equal chance at each item.

so glad i checked the forums - i had no idea why my css was skipping pickpocket for the last week. thanks for bringing this to the foreground.
