Bug - Not A Bug Error when trying to install script via command line or script manager

Im getting the following after I deleted and tried to reinstall the autoscend script. I don't know if its a mafia problem, github problem or repository proble but thought I would report

and a post I cannot find that suggests the github and/or github users have decided that "master" is being deprecated as a label.

I'm not sure what you are actually calling an "error" but the above discussion concerns situations where mafia's svn commands do not actually get files from github.
 
Well in this instance it is not a svn update. I deleted and readded to get the update but it won't download.
I guess it is still a github issue
