For the past couple of weeks I've been using wget for every download, as the server seems to have developed the habit of closing the download prematurely. It's just not cricket.

I finally made it (Firefox took two attempts). I am still baffled. Three different networks, three different browsers, and it's taken me far too long to get this file. I'm starting to think that someone, or something, is Out To Get Me!

This is getting tiresome. After 12 (twelve!) attempts to download the latest update, it fails, terminating the download at file sizes varying between 7 and 9MB. This doesn't look like a caching issue.

It seems (r16846) that these items are not appearing in the maximiser (maximizer? Whatever). I believe they're adequately spaded, so there may be another reason why they haven't been included. Anyway, I found this thread and am bumping it so that the issue can be reconsidered.
