    I can't be sure about always, but it has never failed since I started looking for it (which is admittedly recent =P) and I just did it with a fresh mafia on a minimally equipped character.     OK, update: it seems I was wrong about the error being random. I've tried several things and putting on a custom outfit in the relay browser seems to trigger it consistently (dunno about other types of request).

    I know it takes color codes; it's just that it's a pain to replace all of them.

    Title says it all. More specifically, unrecognised colors are treated as black. I know there are things like LightGoldenRodYellow, but this was kind of surprising.
