No, it doesn't. It only requires it if you have set Mafia to be able to uneffect poisoned.

Adventure -> Custom Combat -> Special -> Minimum poison level for antidote use -> No automatic use

(or set autoAntidote to 0)

However there is still some merit to the request so I rephrased the title and changed it from Bug to Feature Request.

In Zombiecore, it would be good if mafia always acted as if automatic use of antidotes was turned off.
