Trying to cast sc perm skills in hc?

I have no idea what's going on but very recently I've had kolmafia trying to cast skills I only have permed in softcore in hardcore. No idea what is going on, started a couple builds ago. I've tried starting fresh in a new directory and everything and it's not helping.

Any ideas?

The trivial update that lets you see all of your permed skills (even ones you don't currently have access to) broke things.
