Feature - Implemented Track fullness from quantum taco with fullness counter enabled

Basically just what's in the thread title. Since that's how it tracks drunkenness from the Schrodinger's thermos (at least, as far as I'm aware), would it be reasonable to add in the ability for it to do the same for the quantum taco if you have your fullness counter enabled?
