Bug - Fixed Tickybox filtering not working in Item Manager

General Tab - uncheck "no-trade" and untradeable items (facsimile dictionaries, war medals, etc.) are still shown. Unchecked booze and Pan-Galactic Gargle Blasters and Moonthril Schnapps are still shown. Unchecked food and Spaghetti with Moonballs are still shown. Unchecked equipment and Medallions of the Ventrilo Prince are still shown. (Sorry for the repetitiveness, but I wanted to make sure it really was happening with all the categories.)

Thanks to anyone who has time to look at this. Oh, and I'm using build 11174. Was using 11158 before and the filtering worked as expected.

Not sure why it had an impact, but looks like I broke it in r11171. I've rolled back the changes with r11178 and it resolved the issue.

Going to have to dig into this a little bit more.

Yeah, I have no idea either. I've been poking at it over the past day or so.

Near as I can figure right now, something is going wrong in ItemTableManagePanel.isVisible( Object element ). Which is weird.

Edit: fixed in latest revision, so I'll mark it so. If we break it again, reopen!
