Their twitter status (@sfnet_ops) stated (16 hours ago): "SourceForge.net is receiving higher than usual traffic, and some services are slow as a result.". I guess that could be part of the problem.
It was down for me for about 8 hours, +-, and possibly longer based on that the daily builds weren't updating either. That's since updated though, and it's up for me again, so I guess I get to update from 9440.
