Bug - Fixed screechCombats does not reset on ascension

Hello folks!

The new preference for the Patriotic Eagle, screechCombats, does not currently reset on ascension even though the eagle appears to be able to screech immediately after ascension. Not a huge bug, but feels like an easyish fix probably? (Sorry for posting this right after rollover, I am doing a speedrun and my KOL time during most of today was very focused and I forgot until my rollover alarm that said "if you haven't reported this yet, you should report it" went off lol.) Error can be replicated in a new ascension; my mafia version is r27485.

Yeah, it needs adding to the big resetOnAscension array in preferences/Preferences.java. This is easy to forget and I often do.
