Bug - Fixed Possible issue with counters for El Dia de Los Muertos Borrachos

Hey, gang. With the El Dia de Los Muertos Borrachos event happening today, I noticed I am no longer getting the counters for in-between encounters. Is there a spot to enable/disable this, or has this functionality been removed/lost? TIA
