Well, Manuel did just tell me...

And with those last two commits I'm calling this content implemented. That's all the important stuff. Closing this discussion it is important so that any possible remaining issues don't get lost in the noise.

If we want to change the display of monster information or we find more items to add, someone can open a new thread to discuss/report that matter. I strongly suspect that there is a discussion on the presentation of monster information in mafia's future, but that can be discussed in its own "New Feature" thread.
