Bug Maximizer switches the LED Candle even when not needed

1. Switch to Jill, equip the Candle.
2. Run `ledcandle reading` (that's the +stat mode).
3. Run `maximize mus`.
Outcome: the candle is switched to ultraviolet (+meat).
Expected: the candle is not switched.

`maximize mus,-tie` also switches it, but to red (+attack).

It's probably the tiebreaker. Try running again with "-tie".
