Bug mafia doesn't recognize +adv from the briefcase

Hello! Mafia isn't counting the +adv from the briefcase properly.

Because it's not registering properly with mafia, TourGuide and the maximizer are also not counting the briefcase when I'm putting on rollover gear.

I'm running r27694.
