Bug - Fixed Mafia burning mp on Deep Dark Visions.

Mafia keeps getting me beaten up by casting Deep Dark Visions in order to burn off mp. Without spooky resist, that just wastes mp and hp. I think mafia should skip trying to balance Visions of the Deep Dark Deeps.

r13574 blacklists Deep Dark Vision from mana burning when not using Moods.

Personally, I use moods to avoid this sort of stuff, and you can also configure things to not use particular skills, but this one will get you killed a lot.

I wonder if setting skillBurn90 to -100 as the default value is a better way to go.
