Bug - Fixed KOLHS - Art Teacher not recognised as semi-rare

Met François Verte, Art Teacher, in the Art Class, but my semi rare counter didn't reset.

Entry in encounters.txt is :

Art Class	SEMIRARE	François Verte, Art Teacher

I guess maybe the special character is handled differently in the text we are matching or something. He is François Verte, Art Teacher in Manuel, François Verte, Art Teacher in monsters.txt.

Used to be, KoL was reasonably consistent in using HTML character entities for monster names. The El Dia De Los Muertos Borrachos monsters were all "Cadáver" for example, rather than "Cadáver". When Manuel came along, they stopped doing that consistently; the actual Manuel entry - and, as I discovered, the monster name on fight.php - started using the actual characters.

Which is to say, KoL started using even more bad HTML.

I expect this is another example.

I'll assume that's it and look at it. Since the Art Teacher is available via Faxbot, I'll have exactly one chance to test my change today.
