Is 31337 scroll creation broken?

I don't want to post this as a bug because I haven't been able to confirm it yet.
The last time the bounty hunter had me doing the orc chasm, mafia only made
668 scrolls, but didn't take the next step of making 31337 scrolls, even though
I had plenty of 30669 scrolls. Anyone else have this problem?

Oh, this would only show up for people who build against the daily builds, or use
the daily builds.

Ah! Yup that was it. Default setting maybe should be 31337 to get previous
behavior?

It should have picked up the previous setting from Preferences, so there wouldn't be any difference in behavior.
