Instant Karma was bumped up to only being usable at level 13, but it's still set at level 9 in Mafia. Also, I dunno if this is intentional or not, but it didn't seem to notice that when it tried to use it, it failed; it still assumed it was used successfully, removed it from inventory and bumped up spleen as normal.
