Bug - Not A Bug Inigo's Incantation of Inspiration not listed in Item Manager

The item "Inigo's Incantation of Inspiration" does not show up the Item Manager - General listing when you have one (or more) in your inventory. It does show up in Recent when you have acquired (or lost) one/some today.

If I place one in my store (via the relay browser) mafia will list in Store Manager. Removing it from the store makes it invisible again to Item Manager - General.

Do you have any other missing items? And are you sure all the checkboxes are checked at the top of the Item Manager - General panel?

Must have been one of those days. Its showing up now. I think I mustn't have had all the boxes ticked.
Can someone reflag this not a bug and/or lock.
