Feature Include metadata when searching Comsumables in Item Manager

When I go to my consumables and I want certain effects (like Smithsness presence) or maybe some PVP fights, the first thing I always do is type "PVP" or "Smith" or whatever, which doesn't work (except for handfuls of Smithereens)

If the search box also looked in the granted effects/etc, it'd be a great quality of life thing
