Bug - Not A Bug If trying to trade with Hermit, and have no permit, auto-buy one if allowed to do so

I've noticed this come up since the hermit permit not being consumed change. If you try to trade with the Hermit, Mafia refuses to do any trades if you currently lack a permit. Upon buying one manually from the relay browser, all starts working again. This also affects breakfast clover gathering.

You will have to be more precise about the circumstances where Mafia doesn't buy a permit.

Both would be needed for the breakfast clovers, but only the NPC should be required for using the frame or manually using the gCLI hermit command, since the coinmaster is being explicitly invoked...

That's it. autoSatisfyWithCoinmasters is off, as that's the default. That explains what's happening - mystery solved!
