heart of rock and roll ( and other nemesis items) automatic creation bug

I am new to using KoL Mafia (1 week) and am using it to adventure on 2 accounts, but on my main when ever and where ever i tell it to adventure it tries to create a heart of rock and roll (or other items like it and the 7-alarm saucepan), fails (or thinks it has failed) and then cancels adventuring.
Does anybody know why this is happening, because it does not do this on my other account and i am able to eat, usemyshop and use the familiar trainer (amongst other stuff) and it is getting annoying because is it does not have the items it buys themfrom the mall sometimes before i can stop it (costing me around 7k per time)
i use version 12.6

can anyone fix this or does anyone have the same problem?

Sounds like your current mood includes an AT buff (requiring an instrument of some sort to play) and a Sauceror buff (requiring a saucepan to cast). Either remove those effects from your mood, or keep the required tools in your inventory.
