Bug - Fixed Closing and re-opening Item Manager duplicates cards

[Veracity]

The Item Manager is a CardLayout; you select the card in the left column and the right side switches to show the appropriate panel. It initially comes up with:

Usable
- Food
- Booze
- Spleen
...
- Keep One
- Restock

If you close the Item Manager and re-open it, the complete set of cards is duplicated:

Usable
- Food
...
- Restock
Usable
- Food
...
- Restock

Close and reopen, close and reopen, and the list grows and grows

Haha. You're the first person to notice that, I think - that was the REAL problem behind "my create button stopped working." Don't know how I didn't see that.
