Currently the CCS help button links to the SourceForge combat.html page, which is out of date, and doesn't include many handy features available in CCS'es for a while now (such as "global prefix" sections, and "stun" as a generic stun command). All that stuff is already on the kolmafia wiki, and the wiki is easier to keep updated, so having the help button link to the wiki seems like the right thing to do here.
Alternately, having it pop up an internal help window which is kept updated (like the modifier maximizer does) would also work well.
