New Content - Implemented Canadia MCD change

Apparently this changed with all the other content that came out. The URLs for this are

place.php?whichplace=canadia&action=lc_mcd

followed by

choice.php?whichchoice=769&option=1&setting=11

where 11 is whatever you want to set it to. The result message at the end is unchanged from before.

I'm not sure what to do with two URLs to load, short of rewriting most of MindControlRequest I guess.
